What is Qabul24?

It is a platform that brings together universities in Uzbekistan, their study directions, contract prices and grant options, and lets you apply to a chosen direction online.

Which universities are on the platform?

Registered universities are listed. You can see the full list in the “Universities” section, which has filters for region, institution type, language and form of study, and contract price.

How do I apply?

First you register with your phone number and an SMS code. Then you pick a suitable direction, fill in the requested details and upload your documents. The application is then sent to the university.

How do I know whether my application was accepted?

Once signed in, the current status of each application is shown in the “Applications” section of your profile, and it updates there when the status changes.

Can I choose a direction based on the subjects I am taking?

Yes. In the “Subjects” section, select the subjects you plan to take and you will see the directions available with that combination.

Is there information about grants and scholarships?

Yes. The “Grants and scholarships” section lists directions where grant-funded study is possible and the universities offering them. Scholarship availability is also shown on each university page.

Which languages does the site support?

Uzbek, Russian and English. You change the language in the switcher at the top; each language has its own address (for example /uz, /ru, /en).
